Is Plug really free?
Yes, and without the usual catch. There is no credit card, no trial clock and no feature held back behind a tier. While Plug is in early access you get the whole product.
How long does free last?
Through early access. We will announce pricing before anything changes and give you plenty of notice, so nobody wakes up to a bill they did not agree to.
What happens to my data when pricing starts?
It stays yours. Everything you have tracked remains in your account, and you will be able to export it whether or not you carry on with a paid plan.
What's the catch?
You are using Plug early, so you will hit rough edges before we do. In exchange we want to hear about them. Early access is a trade: the full product for free, in return for telling us what is broken.
What counts as a tracked post?
One off-site URL you want watched: a Reddit comment, a YouTube video, a review listing, a LinkedIn post.
What's a buyer query?
A question you want to watch AI answers for, like “best CRM for consultants.” Plug checks how the answers come back and whether you're in them.
